Excellent! No one had every explained the physiological progression of labor to me before. This made my second delivery so much better; it gave my husband and me the tools we needed to work as a team and welcome our new little girl!

I downloaded at 40 weeks +3... Yes maybe too late but it worked. My baby needed a little help to turn and I did the Fantastic 4 sequence two times per day two days in a row. And I got the VBAC I was hoping for.

The technicalities of the video plus the exercises (shown with pregnant propel and other partners) is so helpful.

Congratulations for such an amazing video.

Very good class with useful practical tips and tricks.
Maybe some information about possible after-birth trauma (and how to prevent it) could be added. Here I mean different forms for prolapse, ruptures of the perineum, etc.

The class was good! My husband and I took it together and he was able to help me with the partner exercises. Though the class was pretty long (2 hours), I would have preferred to do it in person but they don’t seem to offer them anymore. I’m only 32 weeks so I’m not sure how it will effect my birth but the exercises are easy enough to add to my regimen and it gives good ideas for how to relax and move to help baby into a good position
